    • Sale proceeds are used for programs, community grants, and scholarship awards that reflect our mission to advance gender equity for women and girls.
    • One of the largest book sales anywhere!
    • IMPORTANT NOTICE: To stay in compliance with Penn State safety regulations, the AAUW State College Used Book Sale must limit the total number of people in the building at any one given time to 450. In addition, to provide full access to exits in the event of an emergency, the sale perimeter may not be used by customers for temporary storage. Dealers may go through their book picks on the balcony. To support the health and safety of the Penn State community — and in accordance with University measures — all guests who are not fully vaccinated for COVID-19 will be required to wear masks while inside the Ag Arena for the sale. These measures protect shopper safety, and increase the enjoyment of all shoppers. These are the current COVID 19 regulations and are subject to change based on guidance from the University and/or the CDC.
