Dear Internet Book Sellers,
My autistic son and I have opened a small quality book shop in the Savage Mill complex near Columbia MD. In large part to give my son a job but also to give life to a dream I had of opening a used bookshop like the ones I frequented in the late sixties and seventies in College Park and Wheaton Md. The shop seems to sell a lot of current fiction in trade paper, Lit, history, mysteries, and religion. You may have clean stock that you wish to reduce or thin out that is not selling quickly on the internet but would do fine in a relaxed for readers only (like new or quirky) store. This past week I sold several aged Asimov science fiction and Tolstoy's War and Peace, the store continues to surprise me. As my son says we take donations, but we're not a non-profit. I go to the same sales as many of you and if it is not selling for you perhaps you'd consider selling to us your overstock or errors at some loss, then we could both meet our patron's needs.
