- Book Donations: Donations of used books are taken all year. Donations may be dropped off at any branch of the St. Charles City-County Library District.
- Leftovers: The Friends will donate the "leftovers" from the 2013 Fair to non-profit organizations (schools, churches, etc.) who can come on Sunday, June 2 between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. and pick them up. Books will be given away on a first-come-first-serve basis. Non-profit organizations interested in any of the leftover items should contact Lisa Dunham at 441-2300 ext. 1583 prior to the Fair.
- Volunteers: Approximately 200 volunteers are needed for a successful Book Fair. Anyone interested in working a 3 to 4 hour shift at the Fair or in helping to set up the Fair, will be able to sign up online beginning in April at www.stchlibraryfriends.org. Volunteer jobs include stocking tables, tallying sales, cashiering, providing information and loading and unloading trucks. Volunteers will be notified of their duties prior to the Book Fair.

Shuttle will leave 930 Holly Hills every hour beginning at 9:00 am. Shuttle will leave the Kennedy Recreation Center every half hour, last shuttle leaving at 3:30 pm.
