- FOL Gainesville does not allow pre-buying of items. Everything, and everybody waits on that opening morning entry that is traditionally lead by our Scottish Bag Piper!
- We will follow the most current CDC guidelines at the time. We recommend masks and social distancing.. On busy days shoppers may have to wait in line until others first leave the building.

- Notable J Kevin Graffagnino will offer free book appraisals from 11-1 at the fair. Kevin was curator of Vermont history at UVM’s library, Head of Special Collections, and Director of the William L Clements Library. Now retired, he has returned to Vermont and rejoined VABA as an appraiser and consultant.
- Local authors will also be making an appearance, as the St Albans Community Arts Group is sponsoring several signings.
- SACA will be offering other book and literary activities over the weekend to complement the fair.
